As a host site, you will be asked to:
Host endpoints will receive a $30 honorarium from AMA to help offset additional costs of a workshop held over the lunch hour. Sites are welcome to charge a participant fee.
Prior to the session you will receive a list of registered sites, dial in information, copies of session handouts, and electronic copy of the power point and the evaluation format to be handed out. The first 6 confirmed sites will be accepted prior to October 18/10. If there is sufficient interest AMA may offer additional vc workshops on this and other topics.
