This videoconference session will introduce participants to social media tools and explore integration into existing marketing techniques. Topics will include:
1. Introduction of the various types of social media and target audience focus.
2. Use of social media to engage audiences in social conversations and to what end.
3. Demonstrations of various common social media (such as blog, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flicker) and their applications.
4. Basics of integrating social media into a website.
