Planning for the future: Wills, Personal Directives,
Powers of Attorney
Do you wonder about writing a Will, Personal Directive or Power of Attorney? This presentation will explain: what these documents are, and what they achieve; how they are made; what goes in them; and the kinds of things that need to be considered. It will also describe some common examples. This session will help you decide if, how and when to plan for your future personal and financial needs. The presentation is, however, not a do-it-yourself guide; it gives general information only, not legal advice.
