Do you ever wonder about what your rights are under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (the Charter)? This presentation provides an overview of Charter rights. It discusses what the Charter is, and is not, and explains the rights through the use of examples. The session also examines one specific Charter right (section 8- search and seizure) in greater detail, so as to show how such rights are enforced.
